A man in Manchester may have made legal history in the UK after being acquitted of murdering his father because he was sleepwalking at the time. He was found not guilty due to insanity and sent to a psychiatric hospital for an indefinite period of time.

Wow, I'm not sure what is worse. Prison or a psych ward. What is the reason he was found insane? Surely it can't be due to sleepwalking alone. I've heard of cases where people eat in their sleep and they put on weight and don't know how they became obese. Just curious, what was his relationship like with his father before he became psycho-sleeping-killer?
